Smart entrance design for a modern residential complex

When it comes to entrances for multi-apartment buildings, Doorson automatic sliding doors 300 and 300 T are the top choice: smart, secure, energy-efficient and built to last. Installed in two new residential buildings in Slovenia, they’re living proof of innovation in everyday action.

01 Two smart entry solutions

In the first apartment building, the 4-leaf standard automatic sliding door 300, with two sliding leaves, invites daylight into the lobby and opens up a wide view to the outside.

Where space is tight, the telescopic sliding door 300 T in the second building offers the ideal solution, providing smooth access even in narrow entryways.

02 Keycard and intercom access for residents

Just like conventional swing doors, automatic sliding doors can be integrated with access control systems, allowing residents to unlock them with a key or card.

They can also be linked to the building’s intercom system for convenient visitor entry.

03 Touchless operation

What makes this solution truly practical in residential buildings is touchless operation. Without needing to touch handles or push doors, daily transitions such as carrying groceries, or taking out the trash, become smoother and easier for residents.

04 User-friendly control with COM 20

When moving out or transporting larger items, the door can be set to stay open with multifunctional touchscreen switch COM 20, which allows residents to easily change door settings.

Both apartment buildings now ensure easy and accessible entry for all users – a practical solution that supports everyday living and reflects a higher standard in modern residential architecture.
